Shipping policy

All Lemon & Vine products are perishable and will be delivered by two day shipping. (Overnight shipping is available) Please contact customer service at 707-699-2189 for overnight delivery

All orders are shipped Monday – Wednesday only (with the exception of holidays) to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

All orders ship within 72 hours of order placement or at the next shipping “window” day. You will be notified by email upon shipment. This email will include the tracking number for the shipment.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order placement.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, please anticipate when you are scheduled to receive the shipment. Open immediately and place product in your freezer until ready to use. The responsibility for proper receipt and storage of the product lies with the customer.

Stephen – if we decide to use dry ice, we will have to add a sentence here about that.

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the perishability of the product, we cannot accept returns.

As our customer, Lemon & Vine is committed to your satisfaction. If you have a question or the product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department at 707-699-2189. Please provide us with the order number, a description or photo of any damage, and the expiration date from the box.
