Keftethes – Greek Meatballs


Description – This delectable blend of all-natural beef, lamb and savory spices will make your heart sing. Gently handmade, then oven roasted and slowly simmered in an ultra- flavorful red wine tomato sauce, these will become one of your favorite “no fuss” entrees. Serve with a side dish and salad or over pasta for the perfect meal for any night of the week.

Cooking Directions – Stove Top Instructions- 40 Minutes Empty Keftethes into a saucepan. Add 2 Tbsp. water or chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 40 min or until hot, gently stirring occasionally.

Baking Suggestion – Serve on pasta that has been tossed with butter and parmesan cheese alongside a fresh green salad dressed with vinaigrette and crusty French bread or vegetable.
