  1. Mediterranean Dip with Garlic and Artichoke Hearts


Dip with Garlic and Artichoke Hearts


2 small jars of artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
1 cup of mayo
1/2 cup of crumbled feta
1 cup of kalamata olives (pitted and chopped)
1/4 cup of sour cream
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley
3 cloves of minced garlic
3 cups of Monterey Jack (grated)
1 cup of Parmesan cheese ( grated)

freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste

Carefully combine all the ingredients (holding back a little cheese for later) in a large bowl. Place the mixture in a large baking dish, top with the remaining cheese and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven about 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm.

  1. Easy Greek Dip with Yogurt

Greek Dip with Yogurt


1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
1 finely minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon of fresh chopped dill
kosher salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
fresh chopped chives (reserved for garnish)

Combine all the ingredients, except the chives, until smooth. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Place in an attractive serving bowl and garnish with chopped chives.

This one’s particularly delicious and healthy served with a fresh veggie platter.

  1. Greek Yogurt with Feta Dip

Greek Yogurt with Feta Dip


8 ounces of crumbled feta
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons of lemon zest
1 clove of finely minced garlic,
1/4 cup of finely minced pepperoncini peppers
3 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley
1 diced cucumber
½ tomato diced

Place the feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and garlic in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until relatively smooth (about 2 minutes). Then, gently incorporate (with a wooden spoon or spatula) the pepperoncini, dill, and parsley.

Refrigerate the mixture and serve chilled, garnished with diced cucumber and tomato. Enjoy!

  1. Easy and Delicious Layered Hummus Dip

 Layered Hummus Dip


1 10-ounce container of store prepared hummus
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup of diced cucumber
1/4 cup of diced roasted red peppers
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup of pitted and diced Kalamata olives,
1 clove of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley (reserve for garnish)
1 diced green onion ( reserve for garnish)
freshly ground salt and pepper to taste

Spread the hummus In the bottom of an 8×8-inch shallow glass dish. Creating a second layer, spread the sour cream and Greek Yogurt evenly over the top. Sprinkle the other ingredients, one by one, in individual ingredient layers. Garnish with green onions and fresh parsley. Cover and refrigerate (approximately one hour) then serve with pita chips. Delicious!
