We cannot process same day orders

Orders can be shipped Monday – Wednesday only (excluding Holidays). This ensures that your order will not sit in a shipping warehouse over a weekend.

Orders will typically be shipped 2 day delivery with Dry Ice. (next day delivery is available)

Dry Ice is the most reliably way to ship frozen food. When you receive your package, it is possible that the Dry Ice may have dissipated but the product should still feel cold to the touch. If any Ice is remaining, do not touch it with your bare hands and please keep away from children.

Please be prepared to receive your perishable order when it is delivered. Open immediately and place it in your freezer until ready to use.

FAQ’s

Some of the fillo has broken – it this normal?
Yes, fillo is a fairly brittle product and can have some breakage during shipment. This will not affect the taste or look of the baked appetizers. Brush liberally with melted butter, bake as directed and enjoy your beautiful and delicious end result.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable food. We are fully committed to you enjoying your Lemon & Vine products and ask that you contact us at Customer Service concerning any damaged goods or questions.
